粉煤灰颗粒形态对水泥浆流动性和强度的影响
摘要
粒形态也是影响水泥浆性能的重要因素。本文针对球磨机和立磨机的三种不同粉煤灰,通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察
颗粒形态,计算球状破坏(球状颗粒在研磨中破碎成不规则颗粒的比例)。本文测试了水泥浆体的流动性和水泥砂浆
的强度,并研究了球体破坏与流动性和强度的关系。结果表明,球磨机中粉煤灰的球状破坏率超过 80%,而带分离
系统的立磨机中球面破坏率仅为 11.9%。球形破坏与流动性有显着关系。不同粉煤灰添加量下,水泥浆体的流动性随
着球形破坏的增加而降低。对于水泥浆体的强度,粒度分布和球形破坏都是关键因素。因此,球形破坏是评价粉煤
灰磨粉磨效果的重要测量指标。
