异步电动机在不同运行条件下的热行为
摘要
热成像是一种非侵入性、非破坏性的检查方法,已广泛应用于电气安装的各个领域。在这项研究中,利用红外热成
像以使用Jenoptik VarioCAM 7800红外摄像机测量1.1KW三相鼠笼式异步电动机在不同运行条件下的发热行为。在所
有情况下,检查电机的三个感兴趣的区域,滚珠轴承、框架和绕组。实验表明,绕组中的红外图像对异步电动机热
行为的预测精度最高。
