基于多阶段反向物流模型的可持续供应链战略方向 和举措的识别和优先排序

摘要


随着工业的早期发展,废旧产品的回收和重新使用已经改变了物流的重要活动之一,这导致了在此基础上
制定规则,也提高了人们对保持生活环境和减少浪费的意识。因此,各行业需要战略规划和稳定安全的连锁反应举
措。因此,本研究的目的是通过阶段多标准模型(案例研究:Dena Shiraz轮胎工业公司)确定并优先考虑基于逆向
物流的可持续供应链的战略方向和举措。这项研究分两个不同阶段进行;在第一阶段,基于逆向逻辑、科学文本研
究和专家观点(5个基本标准和28个次级标准)以及问卷编制的基础上,确定并破译了稳定保障的战略取向和涟漪
举措标准。在第二阶段,通过阶段多标准模型和轮胎行业专家的想法,确定了标准的优先顺序。
