风力发电的环境负外部性

摘要


风能被认为是最具发展潜力的可再生能源,但风力发电的大规模发展仍对环境系统造成不可忽视的负面影响。本文主要从鸟类和蝙蝠、噪声以及视觉三个方面对负外部性进行阐述。
