《非洲增长与机遇法案》成效评析

摘要

非洲增长与机遇法案（AGOA）作为美国针对撒哈拉以南的非洲（SSA）地区实施的贸易政策，自2000年颁布实施
以来，始终是美国与SSA经贸往来的中心。文章以沃勒斯坦世界体系理论为基础，通过核心-边缘视角探讨了美国与SSA在A
GOA机制内的互动及利益实现。研究发现，美国在该法案下不断从SSA攫取经济、石油及更广泛的利益以强化其核心地位。
而处于边缘区域的SSA国家尽管在AGOA贸易优惠下实现了一定程度上的经济增长，但同时，其发展也受制于并更加依赖于
美国，难以突破其从属地位而真正融入世界经济体系之中。
