摘要

背景：护士以及其他卫生工作者在预防患者和他们自己之间的医院获得性感染(HAI)方面发挥着重要作用。预防和控制感染传播最重要和最基本的技术是洗手。目的：本研究旨在调查医疗保健专业人员在所选医疗机构预防和控制医院感染方面所采取的措施。材料和方法：设计并使用描述性问卷来确定和描述卫生保健专业人员在耶纳戈亚联邦医疗中心预防和控制HAI的措施和作用。115名护士从卫生机构中随机抽取参加调查。结果：受访者对HAI的传播和预防有很好的了解，并且必须在患者护理的各个方面采用普遍的预防措施。所有护士都强烈同意手套不会传播导致HAI的病原体，88.7%的受访者强烈反对只要长时间浸泡器械，过度稀释的溶液就能有效地去污，参与调查的护士表现出非常好的态度致力于预防医院感染。一些人表明，个人防护设备在手术过程中降低了他们的效率。结论：医院感染使患者护理复杂化并延长患者住院时间。通过获得的知识和积极态度的表现提供安全护理将促进预防措施和降低随后的HAI发病率。
