脑瘫儿童照顾者生存质量影响因素 ——基于 ICF 的应用分析

摘要

脑性瘫瘫是儿童早期最常见的致残性疾病之一，由于功能障碍的复杂性和严重性，患儿需要专人长期照护，照顾者在患
儿生活和成长以及康复服务体系中发挥着重要作用。过载的照护需求和照护负担对照顾者的生存质量产生了不容忽视的负面影响。
本文以《国际功能、残疾与健康分类》（International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health，ICF)为基本框架，从个人
因素和环境因素两个层面入手，系统剖析影响主要照顾者生存质量的相关因素，旨在为改善照顾者生存质量的研究提供参考。
