无痛支气管镜诊疗麻醉现状与研究进展

摘要

当前在肺学科疾病诊疗领域，支气管镜诊疗技术获得广泛应用。以往支气管镜在实施诊疗期间，以局部表面麻醉较为常
见。但因患者术中保持清醒，会出现剧烈心理反应以及生理反应的现象。支气管镜诊疗期间，无痛技术的有效应用，可将应激反
应显著降低，有效提高患者的舒适度，显著提高诊疗成功率。本次主要研究无痛支气管镜诊疗麻醉现状以及研究进展予以综述。
