HOX 基因在妇科恶性肿瘤中的研究进展
摘要
机制产生关键影响,HOX 家族转录因子在许多细胞过程中都起关键作用,它们主要调节肿瘤的发生和生长、侵袭和迁移、
血管生成、抗癌耐药性和干细胞起源。而且该基因的异常表达也直接影响着妇科肿瘤的发生与进展,特别是对宫颈癌、子
宫内膜癌和卵巢癌等疾病都有着核心性影响。本文主要概述了妇科不同恶性肿瘤中的 HOX 基因表达效果,及基因失调间
的关系进行分析,通过这些总结,期待可进一步指导临床疾病的治疗和 HOX 基因未来研究方向的发展,采取有针对性的
干预措施,提高妇科肿瘤患者生存率至关重要。但 HOX 基因作用的机制比较复杂并且尚未完全阐明出详细的机制图,所
以不是本文的主要讨论范围。
