音乐疗法对四肢骨折伴高血压患者行神经阻滞麻醉的效 果研究
摘要
昌大学附属第二医院骨外科四肢手术中的 200 位高血压患者。依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各 100 例。统计分
析两组患者的焦虑程度、疼痛程度、血压、心率、各症状评分。结果:干预后,观察组患者的 SAS 评分、VAS 评分均低于
对照组;T2、T3 时,观察组患者的舒张压、收缩压、心率均低于对照组;干预后,观察组患者的头昏、头痛、头胀、胸闷、
失眠、心悸、心烦不安、焦虑均低于对照组(P 均 <0.05)。结论:音乐疗法较传统方法对神经阻滞麻醉下四肢骨折的高血
压患者的临床应用效果好。
