负压引流治疗软组织肿瘤感染中的应用效果

摘要

目的：分析软组织肿瘤感染中采取负压引流治疗的效果。方法：54 例软组织肿瘤感染患者选自 2021 年 2 月 -2023
年 2 月期间，对上述患者术前进行完全清创后采取负压引流治疗，在肉芽新鲜后，采取直接缝合，游离植皮及中厚皮片
移植进行创面修复。结果：54 例软组织肿瘤感染患者通过治疗后，创面感染治愈率 94.44%。患者的创面愈合平均时间为
（9.43±1.23）天，平均住院时间（12.32±2.12）天，平均换药次数为（1.23±0.21）次。对上述患者进行为期半年随访，所
有患者的创面愈合较好，未发生严重的并发症，且未发生再次感染。结论：软组织肿瘤感染中采取负压引流治疗效果明显，
有助于肉芽组织的生长，缓解组织肿瘤感染，可促进创面愈合，具有操作简单的特点，值得推广于临床。
