血浆 NGAL 水平与 STEMI 患者冠脉病变严重程度的关 系

变严重程度的关系。方法：选择 109 例 STEMI 患者（观察组）和 80 例疑似 AMI 经冠状动脉造影证实冠状动脉正常的患者
（对照组）为研究对象，采集空腹静脉血测定总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密
度脂蛋白胆固醇 HDL-C、血肌酐（SCr）、中性粒细胞计数（N）、白细胞计数（WBC）、超敏 C 反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、
中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白（NGAL），采用 SYNTAX 评分系统评价冠状动脉病变程度，并将患者分为轻度病
变组（SYNTAX 评分 ≤22，88 例）和中重度病变组（SYNTAX 评分＞ 22，21 例）。结果：观察组患者 TG、LDL-C、N、
WBC、hs-CRP、NGAL 均显著高于对照组（均 P<0.05），STEMI 患者 SYNTAX 评分为（15.68±7.69）；中重度病变组患
者糖尿病、吸烟比例、N、WBC、hs-CRP、NGAL 均显著高于轻度病变组（均 P<0.05），logistic 回归显示仅 hs-CRP、
NGAL 为冠脉病变程度的危险因素；SYNTAX 评分与 hs-CRP 呈正相关（r=0.526，P=0.001），与 NGAL 呈正相关（r=0.547，
P=0.001）。结论：急性 ST 段抬高型心肌梗死患者血浆 NGAL 水平升高，与冠脉病变程度的密切相关。
