粪菌移植治疗儿童自闭症谱系障碍的研究进展

摘要

目的：粪菌移植 (FMT) 指的是利用特殊的方式定植健康人的肠道菌群于患者的肠道中，使其肠道微生态得到重建的
治疗方法，存在免疫反应调节、控制肠道炎症等作用。在炎症性肠病等多种消化系统疾病中，FMT 存在良好效果。近几年
的研究发现，FMT 可以经过微生物 - 肠 - 脑轴调控大脑，使得精神、神经疾病的认知功能、行为得到改善。自闭症谱系障
碍 (ASD) 属于儿童神经发育障碍性疾病中比较常见的一种，现阶段并没有治愈的方法。研究指出 ASD 患儿常存在胃肠道
症状，同时出现肠道菌群紊乱的问题，利用 FMT 对 ASD 患儿的肠道菌群重建可以将其临床症状有效改善变成人们重点关
注问题。因此本文综述 FMT 在治疗 ASD 患儿中的研究进展。
