微小 RNA 在银屑病免疫调节机制中的研究进展

摘要


目的:银屑病是一种遗传与环境因素共同作用诱发的免疫介导的慢性、炎症性、免疫性、系统性疾病,其临床症
状表现为红斑、鳞屑性病变。microRNA 是一种短的、非蛋白质编码的调节小 RNA,在银屑病发病机制起重要作用。微
小 RNA 参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡及器官形成和发育等多种生物学过程、参与机体免疫调节,并作为抑制或降解靶信使
RNA 的转化因子。在银屑病中,microRNAs 在基因水平发挥了重要的调控作用。为了深入了解银屑病中 microRNAs 的生
物学功能,查阅相关文献进行总结。
