针药结合治疗面肌痉挛的临证经验

摘要

目的：面肌痉挛是外周性肌张力障碍性疾病，其病因及发病机制目前尚未明确。该病为临床常见疾病，且症状反复，
可对患者身心产生巨大影响，降低患者生活质量。目前现代医学治疗本病疗效不明确，存在多种不良反应。传统中医治疗
本病历史悠久，有其独特的优势，笔者在临床中发现本病患者素体虚弱，易外感风邪，风邪阻络，经脉瘀滞，成虚实夹杂之证。
在临床治疗本病应重用虫类药祛风通络，同时结合针灸治疗面肌痉挛取得良好疗效，附验案两则以例证。
