可注射透明质酸 / 海藻酸钠水凝胶修复耳软骨缺损的应 用研究

摘要


目的:制备一种可注射水凝胶,并研究该水凝胶的理化性能及生物相容性。方法:以透明质酸和海藻酸钠为主
要原料加入氯化钙溶液后制备可注射水凝胶,通过流变学测试、凝胶时间测试和体外细胞实验对其流变学性能、溶胀和降
解性能进行表征,及细胞生物相容性分析。结果:HA/SA(2%)水凝胶具有介于固态和液态之间的流变学特征,凝胶时间
约为 3min,在 PBS 溶液中浸泡 30d 后质量损失率为 45wt.%。HA/SA(2%)水凝胶浸提液对细胞增殖无任何毒性,并促进
了细胞增殖。结论:HA/SA(2%)水凝胶具有良好的可注射性、可降解性和生物相容性。
