血小板浓缩物在慢性难愈合创面愈合中的治疗进展

摘要

目的：慢性难愈合创面治疗周期长、疗效差且致残率高，给患者的身体、生活等带来了巨大的影响。随着对于血小
板生理作用的研究深入，从自体静脉血离心得到的血小板浓缩物给慢性难愈合创面的治疗带来了全新的方法。本文就血小
板促进愈合的机制、血小板浓缩物的分类及其在慢性难愈合创面中的应用作一综述。
