探索 2 型糖尿病与帕金森病之间的关联性：一项综合分析

摘要

随着人口老龄化的加剧，2 型糖尿病和帕金森病的共患率不断增加，引起了研究人员的关注。近年来的研究开始
揭示它们之间复杂的相互作用及共同的病理过程。本综述采用文献回顾的方法，探索 T2DM 与 PD 之间的流行病学关联、
共享的分子机制以及其他相关因素。由于 2 型糖尿病是一种可调节的代谢状态，具有多个外周和中枢介入的靶点，这些发
现有助于推动未来在这一领域的研究，并为临床实践提供理论依据。
