雄激素在妇女更年期对心血管衰老的影响

摘要

更年期是女性的关键生命阶段，虽然雌激素水平的下降长期以来一直被认为是更年期妇女心血管衰老的主要原因，
但雄激素的作用近年来越来越受到关注。本综述旨在全面了解更年期妇女体内雄激素水平对心血管衰老的影响。通过文献
检索，探讨更年期、雄激素和心血管衰老之间的关系。该综述探讨了雄激素雄激素对心血管系统的作用机制，雄激素替代
疗法 （ART）对更年期妇女心血管风险标志物和事件的影响。本综述全面了解了更年期雄激素对心血管衰老的影响，并为
管理更年期妇女的心血管衰老提供了见解。
