应用 AS-OCT 对晚期圆锥患者术式指导的研究

摘要

探究术前病变角膜瘢痕深度与DALK 术后未出现DM 破裂的关系，以及评估可能影响该手术是否出现穿孔的其他潜在术前因素，从而实现对晚期圆锥角膜患者术式选择进行指导，减少术中后弹力层破裂的可能性。
