金华城区成年人幽门螺杆菌感染、牙周炎与高血压之间的关系

摘要


目的:研究金华城区来我院就诊的成年患者幽门螺杆菌感染、牙周炎和高血压三种疾病发病情况之间的关
系。材料与方法:285名受试者,平均年龄38.7岁,进行了14C呼气试验来检测是否存在幽门螺杆菌感染。检测了全
口牙周探诊深度、探诊出血率、牙齿松动度和失牙个数来评估牙周炎症水平。检测了血压,包括舒张压与收缩压,
看是否升高。根据检测结果,分四组。A组,幽门螺杆菌感染阳性;B组,牙周炎II、III或IV期;C组,高血压;D
组,健康对照。每个受试者可以属于一个或多个组别。采用皮尔森卡方检验来检测比值比(ORs)和95%可信区间
(95%CIs)进行三者关系两两之间的比较。结果:128个A组受试者中,100个患有II、III或IV期牙周炎(OR,1.804;
95%CI,1.475,2.205),37个患有高血压(OR,1.297;95%CI,0.870,1.932)。168个B组受试者中,45个患有高
血压(OR,1.161;95%CI,0.767,1.757)。单纯是C组成员有72名。D组成员85名。结论:本研究揭示了幽门螺
杆菌感染、牙周炎和高血压三种疾病之间存在联系但强度不同。幽门螺杆菌感染与牙周炎罹患之间联系较强。幽门
螺杆菌感染与高血压之间联系强度适中。牙周炎与高血压之间联系强度较弱但依然有统计学意义。可以做进一步的
更大规模的研究来证实或更正本结论。
