维生素D免疫层析快速检测方法研究

摘要

开发了一种适合快速检测血清中维生素D 的免疫层析试剂条。使用胶体金分别标记兔IgG 抗体，抗25 羟基维生素D 抗体，混合后喷涂在聚酯纤维素膜上，分别将25羟基维生素D抗原与羊抗兔IgG抗体喷涂于NC膜的质控线和检测线位置处，将二者组合构建维生素D免疫层析试剂条，并对其进行功能评价。结果表明该试剂条可以在20 min内实现血清中是否缺乏维生素D的定性分析。定性灵敏度为20 ng/mL，且与其它维生素之间无交叉反应。该维生素 D 免疫层析快速检测试剂条适用于实验室专业检测，具有较大科研价值。
