舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚在无痛胃肠镜中的应用

摘要


目的:探讨舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚在无痛胃肠镜中的临床价值。方法:随机选取2021年9月-10月的无痛胃
肠镜病例120例,分为老年组A(n=27)、中年组B(n=44)、青年组(n=49)。(1)分析比较丙泊酚舒芬太尼麻醉下
老、中、青三个年龄段SBP、DBP、MBP、HR在麻醉诱导3min前后的差值变化;(2)对比分析麻醉诱导后3min时
SPO2的变化。(麻醉用药:丙泊酚60岁以下2mg/Kg,大于等于60岁1.5mg/Kg,舒芬太尼0.03-0.05ug/Kg)结果:SBP
下降:A组分别B组和C组相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05);DBP、MBP、HR在三个组别无差异;SPO2下降:A
组与B相比、B组与C组相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚舒芬太尼麻醉下,老年患者SBP下降明显,
DBP、MBP、HR在各年龄段的改变无差异,SPO2随年龄段的增加呈现下降,但均能维持在90%以上。
