可乐果提取物对远端胃肠道正常发育的影响

摘要


肛门直肠的正常和异常发育仍有争议,肛门直肠发育异常的病因知之甚少。咖啡因是一种血管收缩剂,与肛门直肠发育异常有关,是可乐果(Colanitida)的主要成分。尼日利亚的孕妇大量食用可乐果来控制呕吐。我们研究了口服可乐果提取物(AECON)对Wistar大鼠远端胃肠道胎儿生长和发育的致畸作用。12只怀孕的Wistar大鼠用于本研究,并分为对照组,接受蒸馏水,实验组E1、E2和E3分别接受200mg/kg、400mg/kg、600mg/kgAECON,整个期间口服怀孕。对恢复的幼崽进行大体和显微镜检查,以观察不同组的各种外部和内部先天性畸形。使用单因素ANOVA分析记录的数据,然后进行Dunnette测试。在(p<0.05)时值被认为具有统计学意义。随着实验组中AECON剂量的增加,窝的数量逐渐减少。此外,与对照组相比,实验组幼崽的体重有所减轻。所有组中的幼犬都没有肛门直肠畸形或其他相关的先天性异常。施用提取物后,组织病理学和生化变化很明显。根据研究结果,妊娠期口服AECON对大鼠没有致畸作用,但对胎儿发育有不良影响,也会影响肝损伤的生物标志物。因此,不能保证提取物在怀孕期间的安全性。
