摘要

几个世纪以来，煤矿开采在德国的社会经济史上发挥着至关重要的作用。它不仅推动了它的工业化，也支持
了它在二战后的复苏。在德国，自 20 世纪中叶以来，主要由于生产成本高昂，该行业陷入了深度危机。这导致德国
硬煤开采最终于 2018 年关闭。在哥伦比亚，煤炭开采也发挥了重要的经济作用，尤其是自 80 年代开始大规模特许
经营以来。在德国，该行业的关闭带来了巨大挑战，这些挑战已通过延续至今的区域结构转型进程得到解决。同样，
德国从其能源矩阵中逐步淘汰煤炭的计划也带来了巨大的挑战，由于当前欧洲的能源危机，这些挑战已经增加。就
哥伦比亚而言，减少煤炭消费的全球趋势将不可避免地在中期影响其国家财政。作者对这两个国家情景的比较分析
