俯卧位机械通气患者腹内压的调查研究

摘要

目的：研究俯卧位机械通气患者腹内压情况。方法：选择 2021 年 10 月至 2023 年 1 月广州市
某三甲医院 ICU 实施俯卧位机械通气患者 31 例进行研究，为其实施俯卧位通气、腹内压监测，并开展肠内营
养，分析患者情况。结果：俯卧位前氧合指数平均（120.83±55.28），俯卧位后平均（272.29±88.94），俯卧
位前膀胱压（13.49±2.95）cmH2O，俯卧位后 8h 为（14.52±2.86）cmH2O，俯卧位后 16h 为（14.78±2.98）
cmH2O，俯卧位后患者氧合指数和膀胱压高于俯卧位前，P<0.05。结论：患者腹内压升高与行俯卧位机械通气
治疗相关，并与治疗时长相关，可为临床行相关治疗患者腹内压升高原因分析提供参考。
