淋巴细胞转化实验（LTT）在药疹诊断中的意义

摘要

药疹的诊断主要依赖于详细的临床病史和临床表现。其发生与 T 细胞密切相关，T 细胞类型、
细胞因子释放途径均有可能影响免疫应答的类型。且多数发疹型药疹属于迟发型变态反应。此外，可以进行体
外或体内测试以证明对某种药物的敏化。体外测试之一是淋巴细胞转化实验（LTT），它可以通过增强外周血
单核细胞对某种药物的增殖反应来揭示 T 细胞的致敏反应。本文通过国内外学者对淋巴细胞转化试验在药疹诊
断中的研究，对淋巴细胞在药疹发生中的作用机制及该试验在药疹诊断中的应用范围、灵敏性及特异性、优点
及缺点进行了简要阐述。
