妊娠期贫血及铁缺乏的研究现状

摘要

本文主要从妊娠期贫血概况角度出发，阐述了妊娠期最常见的贫血IDA发生状况，论述了妊娠早期贫血对铁需求量研究状况，叙述了妊娠早期贫血对铁需求量研究成果，进一步讨论了妊娠16周开始预防性补铁的临床研究。最后，对妊娠期预防性补铁的研究进展进行探究，并从四个角度进行详细分析，从而为妊娠期贫血及铁缺乏的研究提供参考。
