高频超声对腮腺导管结石的诊治价值

摘要

目的：探讨高频超声对腮腺导管结石的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术或涎腺内镜确诊的34例腮腺导管结石患者的病历资料，结合所有患者的年龄、性别、超声表现及手术病理结果等进行综合分析。结果34例患者共有结石45个，其中3例（8.8%）为多发结石，4例（11.7%）为双侧发病，超声诊断准确33例，漏诊1例，诊断准确率为97%。结论超声对腮腺导管结石各项特征的评估为临床诊断和治疗方法的选择有着重要的参考价值。
