浅谈基于水联网及智慧水利提高水资源效能

摘要


当前水资源系统具备多变性、关联性、动态性等特点,在信息技术的支撑下,互联网技术不断发展,出现
了水联网和智慧水利的建设理念。水联网是一种集物理水网、监测水网、市场水网为一体的综合网络体系,其具备
实时感知、水信互联、过程追踪、智慧处理等功能,可以有效满足水资源供应调配需要,并根据各地区需求实现精
准配送,从而提高水资源管理调配效能。文章对利用水联网、智慧水利提高水资源效能进行了初探性研究,总结梳
理了水联网及智慧水利创建关键技术,并希望以此为实现我国水资源可持续开发和利用提供有益借鉴。
