使用不同剂量方法的高吸水性聚合物(SAP) 水泥砂浆的性能

SAP(其中 SAP已在自来水中预先润湿)。本文对比分析了砂浆的力学性能、干缩性和抗冻融性,并随 SAP含量和夹
带水灰比的变化而变化。此外,本文通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了 SAP对砂浆微观结构的影响。结果表明,
SAP解吸水后砂浆空隙中形成团聚堆积,SAP空隙周围存在丰富的水化产物,其中大部分为 C-S-H凝胶。粉状 SAP
的掺入使砂浆的 28天抗压强度提高约 10% ~ 50%,而膨胀 SAP的掺入可使砂浆的 28天抗压强度提高约-26% ~ 6%。
在用量为 0.1%SAP和夹带水灰比为 0.06时,粉状 SAP和膨胀型 SAP可分别降低砂浆收缩率约 32.2%和 14.5%。粉状和
膨胀型 SAP的掺入对水泥砂浆的抗冻融性都有积极影响,特别是对于夹带水灰比为 0.06的粉状 SAP,300次循环后的
失重率仍低于 5%。
