尼日尔塔努特镇水电网络服务规划
摘要
和电力供应问题。本文的目的是了解塔努特镇水和能源不安全的决定因素。这一论点是基于对水和电力服务的城市
治理中的利益相关者的访谈收集的数据。这项调查涉及全市 148 户家庭,以获取有关网络服务供应的定量数据。结
果表明,传统的饮用水和电力服务无法跟上塔努特镇的发展。因此,只有 26% 的家庭拥有私人供水网络,40% 的家
庭拥有电力网络。大多数家庭可以通过称为“Ga-rua”的水供应商、太阳能电池板和发电机提供的替代性离网选择,
以相对较高的成本获得塔努特的水和电力网络服务,并且经常面临风险。塔努特城市治理的利益相关者表示,这种
