水电是重要的可再生能源

摘要


可再生能源是当今人们、政府、机构和国际组织越来越关注的问题。这个问题一直是许多会议、国际公约、
有约束力的立法和自愿标准的中心。可再生能源是能源部门的一部分,但可以更恰当地将其视为上述部门的一个特
定部分,因为它们都具有一个特点:它们是环保的能源生产方式。换言之,可再生能源是生产能源的手段,并不意
味着开采有限的资源,如石油或碳,而是开采来自太阳、地球、风和生物物质的能源。这一行业正在迅速发展,因
为最近可再生能源已占总能源的 13%,现在它们的使用量甚至更多。本文旨在分析和分类可再生能源和意大利绿色
能源的情况,展示意大利不同地区水电站的许多成功案例。因此,对意大利不同地区的装机功率和环境条件进行了
说明,比较了每个地区的不同结果和潜力。可以说,总体而言,意大利经历了绿色能源发展的不同阶段,各地区之
间存在相关差异。
