使用人体工程学的参与式方法 改进Mr. Wash洗衣店的工作系统

摘要

Mr. Wash洗衣店是位于日惹的中小型企业（SME）之一。这个公司成立于2015年，有2名工人。很多工作
操作涉及到体力活动，会引起疲劳和肌肉骨骼疾病，造成生产力下降，与消费者沟通不畅。因此，进行这项研究是
为了改善工作系统，以尽量减少这些影响。本研究中的方法使用了人体工程学参与者。这种方法涉及一个参与式团
队，即人体工程学专家、业主和工人。这项研究的结果是利用工人的人体测量结果设计熨烫台和椅子，以减少疲劳
和肌肉骨骼疾病。
