摘要

建筑行业在当今竞争激烈的环境中运作，越来越多的证据表明它无法应对。其后果是建筑师的社会经济问题、
分支机构的破坏以及影响个人受保护利益和公共利益（包括可持续发展努力的紧迫目标）的不达标绩效。显然，任
何后果都值得消除；将注意力转移到问题上，并为发起必要的变革做出贡献是本文的目标。将主题领域的真实性纳
入工业化的理论框架，本文提出了一个假设，即建筑行业在前工业化、中世纪行会范式中的持续存在是原因。此外，
基于汤因比理论的关于反生产力以及在当今社会和经济条件下从事该职业的过程和行为的不可持续性的特别的、今
天经常出现的案例的解释讨论、检验和验证了这一假设。虚拟公共空间，尤其是虚拟现实环境和技术，正将建筑行
业推向革命的边缘。它承诺优化建筑设计过程和建筑材料的规划，并提高所取得成果的质量水平。这个行业是否准
备好迎接这样一场革命；时机成熟了吗？它是在应对当前的情况吗？这种情况与建筑师是建筑圣殿的主权创造者的
条件和环境不同？它能否利用技术革命来克服长期存在的问题，并建立一种新的专业范式，使专业得以复兴，在确
保个人和公共利益的保护利益方面发挥作用，并促进地球上生命的可持续性？最后，本文提出了一个积极的结论——
以行业最终工业化为条件；作为前提和路径，本文建议建筑专业掌握虚拟现实环境并利用其技术。
