化合物(21.09±0.25%)和能量(488.73±11.2KJ/100g)。钙、磷、钾、钠、铁、锌、镁、硒和锰分别为(71.33
mg/100g)、(45.08 mg/100g。维生素分析显示,它含有 β- 胡萝卜素(1.97 mg/100g)、硫胺素(0.74 mg/100g。植
物化学筛选表明,DPS 富含黄酮类化合物(9.44%),其次是生物碱(6.83%)、水解单宁(4.57%)、苯酚(3.46%)、
萜类化合物(2.11%)、皂苷(2.10%)、植酸酶(1.88%)、缩合单宁(1.17%)、草酸盐(1.03%)和类固醇(0.97%)。
结论是 DSP 含有具有多种治疗潜力的物质,能够治疗各种疾病并确保身体的正常生理功能。
