P.R.176颜料的制法研究

摘要

本文以红色基KD贝司和AS-BI为原料，用重氮化及偶合法制备P.R.176颜料粗品及其颜料化方法优化。系统研究了回流时间，温度，介质，助剂等因素对颜料收率的影响，确定最佳工艺条件，使颜料红176成品的收率达到95.08%。优化颜料化工艺，减少DMF的用量。
