改性沥青混凝土混合料的回弹性能

摘要


沥青混凝土路面设计为在寒冷天气条件下在荷载作用下表现出弹性行为,在炎热天气条件下表现出了弹性、
塑性和粘性行为的组合。路面破损通常始于荷载重复导致的微裂缝的开始,而这些裂缝在反复荷载、外部或内部加
热以及环境温度下的休息期的条件下,可以在缓慢的过程中自行愈合。本工作的目的是评估使用三种聚合物添加剂(如
淀粉 - 丁二烯 - 苯乙烯(SBS)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和废轮胎橡胶)的改性沥青混凝土的弹性性能。制备了长
度 381.0 mm、宽度 76.2 mm、厚度 76.2 mm 的梁试样,具有最佳沥青含量要求,以及超过和低于最佳沥青含量的额
外 0.5% 沥青。梁试样在反复弯曲应力下进行测试。25° C 时施加的应力水平为 138 kPa。加载周期包括 0.1 秒加载,
然后是 0.9 秒的休息期。使用气动重复加载系统(RPLS)进行 660 次重复加载试验,以允许微裂纹的产生。在规定
的加载循环后,停止试验,将试样从 PRLS 试验室中取出,并在 60° C 的环境下在烘箱中储存两小时,以允许可能
的微裂纹愈合。然后对试样进行另一个加载循环。通过 LVDT 捕捉永久性、总变形和弹性变形。计算弹性模量,并
在各种条件下进行比较。试验结果表明,所使用的聚合物添加剂和微裂缝愈合过程对沥青混凝土的弹性模量和变形
变量有积极影响。
