初中生学业压力与情绪性进食的关系:追踪证据

摘要


目的:考察初中生学业压力与情绪性进食在考前的变化轨迹及两者间的因果关系。方法:采用初中生学业压力问卷及荷兰人饮食行为问卷对259名初中生进行考前为期六周的3次追踪调查,使用潜变量增长模型及交叉滞后模型进行分析。结果:初中生的学业压力(斜率值=2.910,p<0.01)与情绪性进食(斜率值=1.909,p<0.01)在考前均呈逐渐递增趋势;前一时间点的学业压力能显著正向预测后一时间点的情绪性进食(p<0.01),但前一时间点的情绪性进食对后一时间点的学业压力预测效应不显著(p>0.01)。结论:初中生的学业压力与情绪性进食在考前均呈逐渐递增趋势,学业压力是初中生推动情绪性进食增加的前因变量,对情绪性进食有正向预测作用。
