基于PDCA循环理念的专业硕士生培养全过程研究

摘要


本文基于PDCA理念,总结出教育教学各环节的计划、执行、考查、处理的持续改进过程,讨论了产教融合的培养目标制定、培养计划落实、课程体系开发、导师团队优化及实践基地建设等方面模式与对策。This paper summed up the continuous improvement process of planning, implementation, examination and treatment of all aspects of education and teaching based on PDCA concept, discusses the development of training objectives of production and education integration, the implementation of training plan, the development of curriculum system and the optimization of tutor team.
