浅析学习者听力焦虑产生原因以及应对策略

摘要


听力焦虑指的是学习者在听力过程中产生的自我怀疑、不安、紧张等负面情绪,它是一种复杂的心理现象。听力焦虑由多种原因造成,比如学习者自信心低下、自身语言基础薄弱、课堂氛围压抑以及听力材料太难等问题。过度焦虑会对学习者造成不良影响。教育者可通过增强学习者自信心、改变教学方式、营造轻松的学习氛围等方式来减轻学生的听力焦虑。减轻学习者的焦虑对促进学习者的身心健康发展和提高学业成绩有着重要的作用。
