Multiloc髓内钉系统治疗肱骨近端骨折患者的康复护理

摘要

目的：Multiloc 髓内固定技术是目前治疗肱骨近端骨折一种较新的方法。其术后护理方面较传统手术有所不同。本文旨在探讨 Multiloc髓内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折患者的术后康复护理方法。方法 回顾性分析我院 2021 年 1 月至 2021 年 12 月采用 Multiloc 髓内钉系统治疗的 32 例肱骨近端骨折患者术后护理措施。男 23 例，女 9 例；年龄 19-65 岁，平均 45.7±7.2 岁。骨折 Neer 分型二部分骨折 10 例，三部分骨折 18 例，四部分骨折 8例。根据 Mulitloc 髓内固定系统的特点，在肱骨近端骨折术后常规护理的基础上，有针对性的进行专科专项护理。根据 Constant-Murley 肩关节功能评分标准评价术后 3 个月以及 6 个月肩关节功能情况，根据疼痛视觉评分量表（Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）评价关节疼痛情况。结果 术后 3 月肩关节功能评分为 81.2±3.0 分，术后 6 月评分为 83.8±1.4 分；术后 3 月 VAS 评分为 4.3±1.2，术后 6 月评分为 3.3±1.7。结论 对于 Multiloc 髓内固定术后的肱骨近端骨折患者，采用针对性的临床护理措施，可以改善患者术后肩关节功能，减轻疼痛。
