经导管主动脉瓣置入术后肾功能损伤的预防护理研究

摘要

目的：探讨经导管主动脉瓣置入术后肾功能损伤的预防护理方法。方法：回顾性分析2020年1月—2022年7
月期间在华中科技大学附属同济医院心内科行经导管主动脉瓣置入术的54例患者的临床资料，总结预防此类患者肾
功能损伤的护理方法。结果：这54例患者，其中肾功能较前无明显改变的为20例，肾功能较前轻微加重的为15例，
肾功能较前明显加重的为4例，肾功能较前改善的为15例。结论：注重及加强经导管主动脉瓣置换术前、术中、术
后的护理能够有效预防造影剂肾病的发生，提高患者生存质量[1]。
