在发展中国家。本研究的目的是确定尼泊尔加德满都大学医院/杜利克尔医院(DH)和奥地利因斯布鲁克医科大学
(MUI)的5岁以下儿童病毒性腹泻的频率,并比较临床表现和两个机构中儿童急性腹泻的共同原因。方法:这是一
项以医院为基础的比较研究,在两个不同的医院DH和MUI完成。本研究共纳入200例5岁以下儿童,其中100例于
2011年12月1日至2012年2月29日在卫生署就诊,100例于2012年3月1日至2012年5月31日在MUI就诊,出现急
性腹泻。在个别医院实验室对新鲜粪便标本进行分析,探讨常见病原体。结果:大多数儿童被归类为无脱水(DH:
75%和MUI:74%);在DH中5%被归类为严重脱水,而在MUI中则为空。在MUI中,96%的儿童在患病后3天内
