hTERC基因在肿瘤领域研究进展

摘要


端粒酶是一种维持端粒长度的核蛋白复合体,是位于染色体末端的重复核苷酸序列,主要功能为维持染色体稳定。人类端粒酶由人端粒酶RNA组分(hTERC)是端粒酶组成成分之一,其基因位点位于3号染色体(3q26.3),其在正常细胞中一般不表达,而在肿瘤细胞中表达活跃,从而导致端粒酶活性增高,促进细胞永生化即癌变。多年来在对hTERC研究中发现它与多种肿瘤发生发展密切相关,并随癌症进展其基因活性及表达明显增高。研究提示该基因可作为癌症早期预测及靶向治疗指标为临床诊疗带来新方案,本文将详细阐述hTERC在几种常见恶性肿瘤中研究进展。
