新型冠状病毒感染对结核抗体胶体金法检测结果的影响

摘要

目的:探讨新型冠状病毒感染后一定时期内对结核抗体胶体金法检测结果的影响｡方法回顾性统计分析上海市松江区某医院结核抗体检测样本819例｡以2022年12月01日为界分为A､B组,比较两组结核抗体IGG和IGM阳性率｡随机选取B组中结核抗体IGM阳性的标本20例,查阅病例及重新采样分别行新冠核酸抗体检测､痰结核杆菌实验､T-SPOT检测｡结果A､B两组结核IGG抗体阳性率分别为4.34%,5.54%两组无统计学差异(p<0.05);B组结核IGM抗体阳性率明显高于A组(p>0.05),分别为3.4%,19.38%;20例患者均有新冠感染史,且痰结核杆菌实验､T-SPOT检测结果均阴性｡结论患者感染新型冠状病毒后一定时期内可能干扰胶体金法检测结核抗体IGM｡
