枕部小汗腺导管癌一例

摘要

目的探讨小汗腺导管癌的皮肤组织病理､免疫组化､诊断及鉴别诊断｡方法通过病理切片HE染色和免疫组化染色观察一例头右枕部小汗腺导管癌｡结果本例患者肿瘤位于头右枕部,呈坚实的粉红色隆起性结节,皮肤组织病理示真皮层内肿瘤细胞呈巢状､条索状排列,见明显的管腔样结构,纤维组织增生｡免疫组化示CEA灶阳性,Her-2､EMA､CK7､CK19､MUC-1阳性｡结论小汗腺导管癌是一种恶性的皮肤肿瘤,临床上较为少见,可局部浸润性生长,通过组织病理､免疫组化可以确诊,目前首选的治疗方法是手术切除｡
