肥胖或超重成年人间歇性禁食的研究进展

摘要


随着生活方式的变化和食物供应的改变,肥胖问题不断加剧,因此寻找有效的、可持续的干预方法变得至关重要。其中,间歇性禁食对超重或肥胖患者具有降低体重、血糖,改善血脂等生化指标的作用优势,因此,开展间歇性禁食对超重或肥胖患者的研究具有重要意义。本文就不同类型的间歇性禁食方案对超重或肥胖成年人群的干预效果、依从性及安全性等方面的最新研究进展进行综述,以期为超重或肥胖成年人减重,控制或延缓慢性病的发生发展提供新思路。
