运动疗法在抑郁症治疗的运动处方研究

摘要


抑郁症治疗主要康复手段包括药物治疗、心理治疗、神经刺激(电惊厥疗法[ECT]或重复经颅磁刺激[rTMS])。在减轻抑郁症状方面的功效,尽管有这些疗法功效的经验证据,但是治疗的依从性和经济负担巨大使得治疗终止成为重大问题。运动是一种积极的治疗方法,已经取得丰富成果。本研究基于相关研究,从运动锻炼的类型、锻炼的方式、运动锻炼的频率和持续时间节、运动强度、治疗周期、健康教育和监控展开论述,为抑郁症治疗总结出相对科学的运动处方制定相关的科学依据,并为临床实践提供参考。
