潜伏性结核感染诊断方法的研究新进展

摘要


全球每年有近1000万人感染结核,其中只有少部分人发展为活动性结核,绝大部分表现为潜伏性结核感染(LTBI)。研究表明高达85%-90%新诊断的活动性肺结核是由结核菌素试验(TST)阳性的LTBI演变而来。因此,及时、准确地诊断和治疗LTBI患者是控制结核传播的最有效手段之一。本文对国内外结核潜伏感染的诊断方法及其新进展进行综述。
